Our apartments, Thermal Apartment as data controller (“Data Controller”) is the subject of this data management information (The “Prospectus”). The Data Controller undertakes to handle the personal data that come into its possession during the operation of the Data Controller’s website (http://thermalapartman.com) in accordance with the provisions of this Prospectus and the relevant legal regulations.
Please review the Prospectus before each contact! We would like to inform you that if you contact us through the website, it constitutes your express acceptance and acknowledgment of the contents of this Prospectus.
The purpose of this Prospectus is to set out the data protection and data management principles applied by us. Rights and Enforcement Options of the Data Subject
The Data Subject may request that our Apartman inform it whether it handles its personal data and, if so, provide access to the personal data it manages. The request for information may cover the scope of the personal data processed, their source, the purpose, legal basis, duration of the data processing, the designation of the data processors, and the activities related to the data processing.
The Data Subject may request the correction or modification of the personal data managed by us. Taking into account the purpose of the data processing, the Data Subject may request that the incomplete personal data be supplemented.
The Data Subject may request the deletion of the personal data managed by our Apartman. Deletion may be refused (a) for the purpose of exercising the right to freedom of expression and information, or (b) if the processing of personal data is authorized by law; and (c) to bring, assert or defend legal claims.
